Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Conroe, TX (on-site)
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour + per account commissions + bonus potential

Gather Resources is seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s sales team in the payment processing industry. Role & Requirements:
Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling
Contact inbound leads and accept warm transfers to persuade business owners to become customers
Clearly communicate product offerings and service value, and tailor solutions to fit each customer’s needs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Comfortable with occasional travel (trade shows, client meetings)
Travel to 4–5 industry trade shows annually to represent the company and generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Skills, Attributes, & Experience:
3–5 years of successful inside sales experience, ideally in payment processing, merchant services, or fintech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience with cold outreach and inbound lead conversion
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM and other tools (e.g., Pipedrive, JustCall)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
